What a visit actually costs
These are the self-pay prices we quote before treatment starts. They are sample figures for this demo site, but the format is the point: no surprises, no facility fee, and a total before anything happens.

- If the plan changes mid-visit, we stop and tell you what the new total is.
- We do not charge a facility fee. Urgent care is billed as an office visit, not a hospital visit.
- An itemised receipt with CPT and diagnosis codes is available at checkout for HSA, FSA or out-of-network claims.
Visits
01One flat price for the provider visit. Tests, imaging and procedures are added from the lists below, and we quote the total before we start.
Testing
02Rapid tests are run in our CLIA-waived lab and read before you leave. Send-out panels are priced at cost plus a handling fee.
Imaging and procedures
03Available at Midtown, Edmond and Moore. Every X-ray price includes the radiologist over-read.
Physicals and immunisation
04Most insurance plans do not cover sports or employment physicals, so nearly everyone pays these prices.
Employer accounts
05Account holders are billed directly against a signed rate sheet rather than at the self-pay prices above. These are the sample rates we quote most often.
