Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.
Accessibility tools on this site
Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:
- Increase or decrease text size.
- Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
- Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
- Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.
Accessibility in the clinics
All four clinics have step-free entry, accessible parking bays closest to the door, accessible washrooms and exam rooms sized for a wheelchair or a walker. Height-adjustable exam tables are available at Midtown, Edmond and Moore.
Interpretation is available by telephone for over 200 languages at no cost to you. Spanish-speaking staff are on duty at Midtown for most shifts. Tell the front desk at check-in what you need and it will be arranged before you are taken back.
