QuickCare exists because the gap between a three-week primary care wait and a four-figure emergency department bill is where most illness and injury actually lives.
Why we built it this way
Anyone who has worked a night shift in an emergency department knows the pattern. A waiting room full of sprains, sore throats, urinary infections and cuts that need four stitches, all sitting behind the chest pain and the stroke, all waiting four hours, and all leaving with a bill built for a hospital.
None of those people needed a hospital. They needed twenty minutes with a clinician, a rapid test or a plain film, and a written plan. That is a narrow job, and doing it well means owning the equipment rather than referring it out. Every QuickCare clinic runs a CLIA-waived lab. Three of the four hold digital radiography. All four keep a properly stocked procedure room.
The second half of the job is knowing when to stop. We do not treat chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding or trouble breathing. Our providers came from emergency departments and our triage desk is trained to bring a concerning patient straight back, call 911, and send our findings with them. Nobody is ever penalised here for choosing wrong.

We audit our own antibiotic rate monthly. A no-antibiotic decision always comes with a written list of what would change it.

We are an urgent care, not an emergency department. Knowing the difference, quickly, is the most useful thing we do.

Licences and credentials
- Facility licensing. Oklahoma facility license #UC-0000 (demo). A live clinic would publish its Oklahoma State Department of Health facility licence number here.
- Laboratory. CLIA certificate of waiver held at each of the four clinics (sample credential).
- Radiography. Technologists registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, with state radiographer permits (sample credential).
- Occupational medicine. Examiners listed on the FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (sample credential).
